An estimate was given and we decided to go with him since he was one of the most economical quotes and had good references. Alan and his team were ALWAYS on time, and worked a proper shift every day. They would setup a schedule and stick to it. Our fears of having a 'typical' contractor did not come true. work progress was also very good. Our basement renovation project was moving along on time. Alan's skills are very good and our job was being done properly. The basement was eventually finished on schedule and all the finishes were good as well. His team and him are skilled in flooring installation, framing and dry walling. A certified electrician was brought in to do all the electrical work as well. Alan is definitely worth considering as a contractor for any job, big or small."
